The Commission, in response to the evolving talent needs in the Civil Service agencies has waived the Preliminary Examination (PE) requirement for the following professional groups of bachelor’s degrees in clinical healthcare and bachelor’s degree in engineering for Bhutan Civil Service Examination (BCSE) 2026. This was decided during the 86th Commission meeting held on 13 May 2026 in the national interest to recruit critical talent in the civil service.
