The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC), in response to the evolving human resource needs within the
Civil Service and the current labor market dynamics has decided during its 47th Commission Meeting
held on June 5, 2025 to waive the requirement to sit for the Preliminary Examination (PE) for the
following specific Curative and Clinical Healthcare qualificaitons from BCSE 2025.
