In line with the decision of 72nd Commission Meeting held on August 2, 2016, the Royal Civil Service Commission would like to inform agencies on the following:
1. Agencies can announce vacancy of Chief (P1) positions only without having to seek prior approval from the RCSC;
2. Position of Chief (P1) announced should be as per the approved structure and staffing of the respective agencies; and
3. Step 1 of Protocol for Appointment of Chief (P1) circulated earlier will be irrelevant.
