18 Executives heading Dzongkhags and Autonomous agencies are attending 2nd Executive Forum on the theme “Service from the Heart” at the Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies, Phuentsholing from December 29-30, 2016. The Executive Forum is jointly organised by RCSC and RIGSS.
