There is no document required during the e-registration.
The age limit for an in-service civil servant is 45 years and 35 years for other pre-service candidates as on the last date of registration.
No. However, the candidate should be held responsible to inform the agency. RCSC shall not be held responsible on the other agency’s obligation as RCSC offers the career progression for all eligible Bhutanese citizens.
You are not required to submit the Degree Certificate.
The ‘Cooling off’ period is a duration of 1 year required to maintain after de-registration from a political party if you were a registered member of it and before registering for the BCSE.
You are permitted to appear PE and ME for unlimited time within the age limit of 35 for pre-service or 45 for Inservice graduates.
You are required to submit the following documents in original as well as a set of photo copies during documents verification:
1. Valid Bhutanese Citizenship Identity (CID) Card.
2. Valid Online Security Clearance Certificate.
3. Consolidated Marksheet or Semester wise Marksheet of bachelor’s degree. For those graduates, who do not have the “original marksheet/semester-wise mark sheet” should get the copy verified by Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority (BQPCA), MoESD. The qualification assessment of the graduates from Monastic studies (Shedras) should be in line with Annexure XII.
4. A graduate in the medical and health profession shall produce a certificate of full registration/accreditation from the BQPCA/Competent Authority.
5. Class X transcripts and Class XII transcripts for those graduates who have two-year bachelor’s degree acquired by candidates with a minimum of Class X and a Certificate or Diploma of two years or more.
6. Recent passport-size photograph.
7. Legal stamp.
You are required to submit the certificates of merit, if any, in original during viva voce.
The candidates who are currently serving in the civil service is considered as “in-service”
